īrahman is a Vedic Sanskrit word, and it is conceptualized in Hinduism, states Paul Deussen, as the "creative principle which lies realized in the whole world". Brahman as a metaphysical concept refers to the single binding unity behind diversity in all that exists in the universe. It is the pervasive, infinite, eternal truth, consciousness and bliss which does not change, yet is the cause of all changes. In major schools of Hindu philosophy, it is the immaterial, efficient, formal and final cause of all that exists. let us not soon forget the human miricle, of loving one another as members of one family, of holding each other up, of giving and receiving the best we have.In Hinduism, Brahman ( Sanskrit: ब्रह्मन्) connotes the highest universal principle, the ultimate reality in the universe. "We share this hope of the 'foreverness of solidarity,' that we may take part in the shared table, and revel in the joy of belining to the human family, as we discover what is good and humanizing in being close to the victims of this world. We ask God for the strength to lay one brick at a time, to cast pebbles whose ripples with spread in all directions, to plant seeds that will one day grow, as we urge one another forward in hope, for there is so much work to be done." - Dorothy Day, Ken Untener "We hope to see the poor with undiscriminating eyes, having had a revolution to the heart that leads us to respond compassionately and magnanimously to those who suffer. "Students, in the course of their formation, must let the gritty reality of this world into their lives, so they can learn to feel it, think about it critically, respond to its suffering and engage it constructively." - Rev. "In God becoming human in Jesus Christ, God has established solidarity with the human condition." - William A. "Within each social group, a feeling of solidarity prevails, a compelling need to work together and a joy in doing so that represent a high moral value." - Christian Lous Lange Said the Master, 'When do you propose to make your dream come true?' 'As soon as the opportunity arrives.' 'Opportunity never arrives,' said the Master. "A young man eagerly described what he dreamed of doing for the poor. Solidarity becomes a two-way process because it becomes a relationship with both sides giving and receiving." - Marie J. Solidarity also includes a kind of mutuality that goes both ways in respect and accountability when the relationship grows. Solidarity takes place when a person or community not only sees a need and acts, but commits to follow up, to endeavor to see that action is taken to improve the other's situation for the long run. Solidarity is not only a spontaneous movement of the heart that responds immediately, but also a decision to take action to join with, to form community with, those who are suffering. "Solidarity includes compassion, but it is more. Personal involvement with innocent suffering, with the injustice others suffer, is a catalyst for solidarity which then gives rise to intellectual inquiry and moral reflection." - Rev. When the heart is touched by direct experience, the mind may be challenged to change. "Solidarity is learned through contact rather than concepts. I have a lot to learn from other people." - Eduardo Galeano "I don't believe in charity, I believe in solidarity. Charity depends on the vicissitudes of whim and personal wealth justice depends on commitment instead of circumstance." - Bill Moyers But justice aims to create a social order in which, if individuals choose not to be charitable, people still don't go hungry, unschooled or sick without care. "Charity is commendable everyone should be charitable. To the rest of the universe atomically." - Neil deGrasse Tyson "We are all connected to each other, biologically.
